Unit Trusts | LR

Unit trusts are investment funds where several investors, on an individual basis, buy units in a fund and they pool their monies together, often known as a collective investment. The investment fund is set up under a trust deed and managed by a fund manager who, using the pooled monies, will invest in a portfolio of suitable assets on their behalf. The price of the units can increase and decrease in value, therefore, the value of your investment will fall and rise accordingly.
