Funeral Plans Case Study | LR funeral plan case study estate planning

For me personally, every penny matter.

Ashely is a single mother of two. She has been out of work for the past 20 years due to a slipped disk in her back, that she never recovered from. Ashely has made things work thorough out the years and has raised two wonderful children that have now flown the nest. Ashely wanted to make sure she sorted out her estate as she didn’t want to put any financial strain on her children. Ashely felt that now was the time in her life to get her estate sorted. But due to her circumstances, Ashely doesn’t have a lot of savings.  And she wanted to make sure she got the best possible cover she could get.

Back ground:

Ashely contacted us here at LR Estate Planning, with concerns about how her family will cope with funerial costs after she passes away. She didn’t have a lot of savings and her children couldn’t afford the costs. She wanted to make sure everything was payed. One of our advisers met with Ashely at a convenient time and place to go over her situation and find the best solution for her situation.

How LR Estate Planning helped:

Our adviser looked over the current funeral plan provider, and fond the best payment options out there. The adviser then took the findings back to Ashely so she could make her decision on who she wanted to take the plan out with. Once the adviser went through all the details of the policy, they then explained the other important things that are needed to make a well-formed estate plan.

What happened next:

Ashely has now payed her plan off and she has informed us that see feels better for it. And she will be inContact with us soon to finish off the rest of her estate plan.
