The candidate needs to be a presentable, confident, well-mannered individual who is self-driven, and needs to be able to confidently and fluidly talk to clients in the course of providing mortgage solutions. Selling associated insurance products from time to time

Training and coaching our team on mortgage products
Professional, organised and with a great work ethic
Flexible and adaptable
Hardworking with the desire and determination to achieve targets
Great at building relationships with customers
CeMAP 1 minimum (or equivalent) qualified
Full qualification. CeMAP qualified or equivalent
Competent Adviser Status achieved
Whole market/independent experience preferred
Full UK driving licence
Proven track record in generating new business.
