Estate Planner

We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and driven person to be a member of our growing Estate Planning team. You will work closely with clients, helping them plan their estate, by taking instruction relating to – for example – their Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will help oversee the drafting of all the documents and be responsible for making sure they are all correctly signed and dated in the correct order. 

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for the clients

  • Explaining the advantages and disadvantages of plans

  • Taking instruction

  • Processing information

  • Overseeing the signing of documents.

Skills

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Excellent communication

  • Ability to work consistently to a high standard

  • Self-motivated

  • Compassionate in understanding clients’ concerns

  • Generating new business through effective client management and business development

  • Strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Good literacy skills

  • Telephone skills

  • File management

  • Use of case management systems

  • Drafting various documents

  • Full driver’s licence and own car.
