I met Gary at the office in Chelmsford, the staff were all very welcoming and I was greeted with coffee. Gary looked over all my pension paperwork and was incredibly helpful. Our meeting overran a little, but I wasn’t rushed out or made to feel like I was taking too long. He was happy to go over everything and gave me a few options on how to proceed.

LR Accounting got my tax return filed on time, even when I gave them the paperwork halfway through January! They didn't charge any extra for completing the work close to the tax return deadline, like most other firms seemed to do.

I went to the LR office, which has plenty of parking. I had a meeting with Gary to discuss drawing money from one of my pensions, which needed some specialist tax advice. The accountant from LR Accounting was in the same office, which seems like such a perfect idea having all bases covered when it comes to finances and tax.

I recently inherited some money that I wanted to invest. Gary was really helpful and guided me through the investment process and I've got a finance review booked for 6 months time.

Our family encountered some issues with a late relative's will, and Chris the estate planner was able to unravel the mess that we could see no way through. by explaining some of the terms and legal words that we were unfamiliar with. I'm so thankful that the probate process is reaching the end, and is being dealt with smoothly.

LR Accounting helped me set up my own limited company and get it registered with HMRC. They advised that I start paying into a pension to secure my future, so I've got a meeting booked with Gary to go through all this. It's been such an easy and smooth process so far.
